Champions poster for Al-Shorta: a collage of players and staff in green above gold lettering reading “Champions, Super Hat-Trick”, framed by two harps.

Role

My first season as Sports Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator at Al-Shorta Sports Club, which I joined in September 2024.

Approach

Most pieces are built on the club’s green. The AFC Champions League Elite pieces add purple, and the statistics pieces use warm cork-and-brick settings. Recurring props tie the season together: the harp from the club crest, trophies, corkboards and stamps.

In this selection

A “92 Years” anniversary graphic, next-match posters for AFC Champions League Elite fixtures against Al-Wasl and Al-Hilal, an Iraq Cup round of 16 graphic, a goalkeeper’s season statistics, a league standings table, a starting line-up sheet, a head-to-head record against Al-Talaba, a welcome poster, a poster of three players under the line “The Harp challenges Asia’s giants”, two player features and the “Champions, Super Hat-Trick” title poster.
